Dim Sum

Originating in the American South, 'Dim Sum', is a silly, little, hillbilly portmonteau of what we otherwise know in English to be the colloquial phrasing, 'Them some'. As in, 'Dim sum good ass titties!', or, 'Dim sum grits up there?'. Later, the Chinese adopted the phrase for savory steamed buns.
